Well, I know I'm not eligible for the giveaway, but I wanted to make sure the comment form isn't broken.

The last few years instead of going out, my husband has been cooking a special dinner for me on special days.
ReplyDeleteMaybe that's romantic. Maybe, it's just cheap. I'd got a gift certificate and try to see him wiggle his way out of a FREE dinner.

I can't make the identity thingy work
What a great idea for a blog. I'm forever trying to come up ways to romance my hubby. Marriage is hard, so its nice to have a place to offer some friendly advice.
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting, LaShaunda. We hope you'll share some of your ideas with us, as well.

ReplyDeletePretty blog. :-)
I have a very special Valentine...my husband, Larry was born on Valentine's Day! I was trying to think of something different, just to let him know I loved him,and wish him Happy Birthday last yr., so I emailed the radio station that he listens to at night, while driving his big rig and I asked them to dedicate the song "My Valentine" by Martina McBride to him. He was so surprised, and he called me and in a "teary" voice...told me how much he loved me. He's a keeper for sure!

ReplyDeleteWhat a cool blog!
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Romancing my hubbie is easy as long as I cook a homemade meal, including meat, homemade bread, and steamed veggie or salad.
The way to his heart is truly through his stomach.
Blessings!

I am SO happy I found this blog. My three year old daughter has RTT which beginning at the age of 2 left her unable to speak, walk, or use her hands. As you can imagine she depends on me and my husband for so much and we gladly, with all our hearts provide for her - she has been a true gift from God. It does however make romancing my husband a bit tough - I imagine all "special needs mommies" have this problem. I know we need romance back in our marriage - I look forward to keeping up with this blog! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea and I'll be back. Not enough true romance in the world.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the comments, and for all the great ideas. I'm going to be keeping a list of all the ideas that are being shared here, and combine them into a post at the end of each month. Keep them coming!
ReplyDeleteIt works, it works!!! Check out Seekerville on February 13..we will be mentioning your blog in our Valentine's Day Special.
